Recycling & Clean Up: Public Events in Colorado

As a Waste Management Industry Leader, CEO of Lunas Construction Norberto Madrigal is passionate about advocating for Recycling Initiatives. This week, the CEO is happy to announce a full list of upcoming projects and recycling programs in the State of Colorado for Summer & Fall 2024:

Spring Cleaning Recycling Event

Well, it may be a little late for ‘Spring’ cleaning… but that doesn’t mean you can’t ‘spring’ into cleaning this Summer!  Norberto Madrigal, CEO of Lunas Construction, a waste management company specializing in construction cleanups, is happy to feature this event for members of the Evergreen community.  This event is brought to the community by Evergreen Sustainability Alliance and will take place at Evergreen Lutheran Church July 2024. 

Brighton Eco Event & Recycling

On September 21, 2024, there will be free disposal of electronic waste at Eagle View Adult Center.  This recycling initiative is focused on the free disposal of electronics, electrical equipment and household products.

Electronics Recycling

Additionally, the City of Aurora is hosting a series of recycling events in June and October for electronics disposal.  This is an ideal opportunity for anyone interested in safely disposing of electrical equipment or electronic devices, such as computers and cellphones. 

Paint

Did you know that you cannot simply dispose of paint products in your regular trash for pickup?  Unfortunately, too many people do not realize that this is the case.  Norberto Madrigal is careful to remind readers of his blog that paint must be disposed of properly and appropriately.  Greensheen is hosting an event where all paint products will be accepted, including oil-based, acrylic, latex, shellacs, lacquers, sealers, varnishes and more.
