Norberto Madrigal is a professional driven by an entrepreneurial spirit.  He credits his earliest experiences in working with the family business as fostering that drive.  In 1988, Madrigal began working for the family business, Lunas Construction.  Alongside his brother, he helped his father by sweeping floors and sorting through recycling.  In a very real way, Madrigal helped his family build Lunas Construction from the ground up.  Throughout his career, he has carried that same hands-on energy in her entrepreneurial pursuits.  Madrigal has launched and established various startups; many of which worked their way into successful venture status.  Today, he stands as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lunas Construction.  He is also available as a Startup Consultant, offering leadership advice and guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs.

Norberto Madrigal is actively in the waste management industry.  Privileged by the opportunity of helping his family-owned business climb to a position of success, Madrigal knows the ins and outs of waste management.  He has worked as an employee, manager and now, stands as a strong leader of the company.  His work in the waste management industry has been recognized by his induction into various professional organizations, including membership on the Construction Association Board.

Norberto Madrigal is passionate about personal development.  He has attended various seminars and workshops throughout his career.  He also enjoys reading personal development books whenever he has the chance.  In the past, Madrigal has had the privilege of organizing personal development seminars in his community.  He has coached and even developed seminars in Spanish at various personal development events.  As someone who embraces the idea that there is always room for improvement, he enjoys seeking out new personal and professional development opportunities.
